Refund policy

 

Thank you for shopping at Aero Wear. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

o      Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it

o      In its original packaging with all tags attached

o      Free from any signs of use, perfume, or deodorant

o      Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

o      Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

o      Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

o      Gift cards

o      Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@aerowearco.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send your item back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@aerowearco.com.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@aerowearco.com with:

o      Your order number

o      A clear description of the issue

o      Photographs clearly showing the defect or incorrect item

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Defective or incorrect items must be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:

o      Check your bank account or card statement

o      Contact your card issuer — processing times may vary by institution
